General Policies

Sold As Is

All items sold by The Appliance Hub are sold "as is." Some units may have pre-existing physical damage and may not include all original parts. If a unit is missing a part, The Appliance Hub can assist you in locating where to obtain the replacement part.

Responsibility

The Appliance Hub is not responsible for any property damage resulting from manufacturing defects or installation by third-party contractors or individuals. If a unit is found to be defective upon initial use, please contact The Appliance Hub for assistance in resolving the issue through the manufacturer or our warranty provider.

Final Sales

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized by The Appliance Hub.

Deposit Policy

To reserve an appliance, The Appliance Hub requires a 10% deposit at the time of commitment. This deposit secures the unit and guarantees it will be held exclusively for you during the decision period.

Deposit Terms:

  • The deposit is fully refundable for up to 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
  • By Day 7, you must either:
    • Complete your purchase by paying the remaining balance, or
    • Request a full refund of your deposit.
  • Starting Day 8, the deposit becomes non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied toward another unit.
  • If no action is taken by Day 7, the appliance will be released from hold status and the deposit forfeited.

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Warranty

If units come with the manufactures warranty please register all the units online/phone through the manufacture using the model/serial number once installed. If an open box appliance does not come with the original manufacturer's warranty, The Appliance Hub will provided a min. of a 1-year warranty through our insurance provider (starting from the purchase date). Some units that are lightly used might come with a limited warranty. Ask us about our Extended warranties, additional years can be purchased.

Important Notices

Caution Regarding Self-Cleaning Feature

For ranges/ovens, it is highly not recommended to NOT use the self-cleaning feature as it can significantly reduce the unit's lifespan.

Shipping and Handling Damage

The Appliance Hub must be notified immediately of any damage that may have occurred during shipping/handling within the first 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damage caused solely by shipping/handling must be filed within this timeframe to be accepted.
